  • Shipping to United States (USA): Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Returns Policy

We want you to love every purchase at Vibe. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Personalized Products: Due to their unique nature, personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged during transit.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products.
